Where is Cagayan de Oro? It is also known as the City of Golden Friendship is the capital of the province of Misamis Oriental, the regional hub for Northern Mindanao. A youthful city in contrast to other very urbanized cities in the Philippines, Cagayan de Oro has a number of inhabitants of at the time of 460,000 in 200,000 homes.
